when tomorrow starts without me,
n im not there to see;
the sun will rise n find ur eyes
all filled with tears for me.
i wish so much u wouldn't cry

remembering me how i'd lay my head

the fresbee i would gladly chase,

i'd wag my tail n kiss u,
just so i could c u smile.
bt, then i fully realized,
tat this could never b;
for emptiness n memories
will take the place of me.
n when i tought of treats n toys,
i might miss come tomorrow,
i tought of u n when i did,
my dog-heart filled wif sorrow.

bt then i walked throught heaven's gate,
n felt so much at home;
s god looked down n smiled at me,
from his beautiful golden throne.

he said,"this is eternity,
n now we welcome u ,
today ur life on earth is past,
bt here it starts anew.
i promise no tomorrow,
bt today will always last;
for u c,each days's the same day,
there's no longing for the past.
now u have been so faithful,
so trusting, loyal n true;
tought there were times u did things,
u knew u shouldn't do.
bt good dog are forgiven,
n now at last u're free;
so wont u sit hrer by my side,
n wait right here wif me?"
